We work hard to provide high quality written and video reviews for each piece we test. In addition to posting the review on this site we also post the video to 5+ video sites including YouTube and Vimeo.
Backcountry Treks has become a powerful influence in the outdoor community and we take that responsibility seriously. Our policy is to keep each product we review unless special circumstances necessitate otherwise.
We don’t sugar coat our reviews but do put an emphasis on the best way to use each piece of gear. If we have issues or just plain don’t like the product we don’t publish a review. In this case we’ll do our best to provide you a written report on how we used the product, what happened and how we believe it could be improved.
