Just to fore-warn you, this review is unlike anything we’ve ever done. We decided to have a little fun with it, as the guys and gals at Discrete Headwear are pretty awesome and like to have a good time. The company’s focus and idea is to keep you looking good for après ski. Of course, you all want to look good when you’re on the slopes too, but what about after that? What about the time when you’re supposed to relax, socialize, and have some fun? Well, thanks to Discrete Headwear, you’ll be looking good when you change out of your ski/snowboard gear and into your après attire of choice.
Probably the product we were most excited for on Discrete’s lineup are the gloves and mittens that they’re designing. The intention of the above video is to instruct one on how to waterproof the mittens with the provided Sno-Seal. It’s really easy and it doesn’t take much time at all. And the craziest part of all, these things only retail for $30.75 (but they are on sale now for an even lower price)!! We also wanted to show off some of their simple yet unique and eye-catching pieces. Tyson’s (or Gary’s) t-shirt is sweet and is deemed the Launch for obvious reasons. Just see the following Discrete description and you’ll understand… The Launch is “made with real pieces of space. A classic t-shirt for those flying so high they are space bound.” I mean, how could you go wrong?
Tyson also looks stylish with his Scwarz hat which is super comfortable, reversible, and colorful. He wears it all the time-whether it be under a helmet skiing or a casual fine dining establishment. The color combos are rad… after all, why wouldn’t they be?
Cally (Pam) loves the style of her Discrete wear and the comfort. Sometimes she’s unsure of which is more important… but in this case it doesn’t even matter since Discrete nailed them both. Her Hexa hoodie is a great thing to slip into after a long day in ski gear or the lazy days around the house. But what’s great about the Hexa is that it’s pretty cool and sleek looking so for when she finds herself stepping out of the trailer with this stuff on, she doesn’t look like she’s given up on life. Discrete has put a great look to the ever-simple, comfortable hoodie.
Long story short, aside from being a really cool company, Discrete will blow you off the style charts while keeping you comfortable and your wallet full. The prices are fair and the styles are fresh.
