I can’t think of a worse feeling than falling in thigh deep powder and drenching my lower back and ass with cold wet snow. I mean, I suppose I could if I really thought about it but for now, we’ll go with that. The Scaffold Suspender Pant by Eira recognized this horrible feeling and found a way around it. Of course, you don’t have to wear the suspenders but I highly recommend it.
With 10,000 waterproofing and 10,000 breathability it makes sense that I like to wear my Scaffold pant on days that are cold and deep. I pair them with the Eira Nightcap Parka and look good amongst the white walls of powder. The high density mesh liner keeps me warm while the taped seams and waterproof zips keep me dry.
Gone is the day where a fully functional pant made for deep powder days is bulky and ugly. These pants are function and style rolled into one and I couldn’t be more pleased. Eira is killing it this year with their line so be sure to check them out. They’ve got something for everyone, every condition.
