Whether you’re outside working in 19-degree winter weather or hooking up hoses to airplanes in 45-degree summer weather, the Fargo Jacket by Carhartt will keep you warm and comfortable. Don’t forget though, that this jacket was built by Carhartt so it will also keep you protected and durable with the canvas shell. I love the quilted interior, which adds some extra warmth and insulation.
The look of the jacket is unique and lovely. Like I mention in the video, it is different than the typical work-oriented pieces that Carhartt offers in their main line. I love that they are breaking into a more casual style but still ensures the durability and strength behind the Carhartt name.
I am 5’10 and the large fits me well except for the sleeve length. I have pretty long arms and that is my main issue when shopping for any type of outerwear. The color “coal” seems like more of a grey color to me, however, the jacket is more of a blue. Overall, I have been very impressed by the style and warmth that the Fargo jacket has to offer. It’s always a bonus when I can find a jacket that is useful year round and this for sure fits that description.
