I’m using the Goal Zero Nomad 7 to charge my iPhone, Camelbak All Clear water purifier, and Light & Motion Solite 100, on a 26 mile trip up Pikes Peak.
Batteries are made smaller and lighter by making them rechargeable, so no longer do you need to remember spare batteries.
Goal Zero’s backcountry solar panel have altered my view of power in the outdoors. The last time I tried solar was over 10 years ago and I was not impressed. But solar has come a long way since then, and many devices are no longer accepting standard batteries.
The Nomad 7 is lightweight, small, and powers a host of outdoor products.
