For a 30 liter pack, this is on the big side for climbing, yet it’s cut narrow so I barely noticed it while climbing multi-pitch trad. The hydration sleeve allows you to fit all the water you need, while the zippers slide around to about 180 degrees, making it a cinch to find what you’re looking for.
One pocket on the front holds car keys, cell phones, glasses, and more, while smartly allowing tiny things to slide to a central point in the bottom. You won’t find yourself blindly searching for whatever you lost.
